Do visitors need to download an app or create an account?

No. The invite is a web page. Visitors enter their name, business, profession and WhatsApp number, and get a pass with a QR code on the spot.

How do we share the invite?

Your chapter gets one link that always shows the next published meeting. Each member also has a personal link, so you can see who brought which visitor.

How do reminders work?

Leadership sends them from their own WhatsApp with one tap — no WhatsApp Business account needed. Visitors can confirm, say they can't make it, or move to the next meeting from their pass.

What does it cost?

One plan: ₹3,000 per chapter per quarter, with every theme and feature included. No per-member fees, and nothing for visitors to pay.

Can we change the theme later?

Any time. You can also give a single meeting its own theme — a cricket theme for the anniversary meeting, say.

What happens to visitors' details?

Visitors agree to be contacted by the chapter when they register. Only your chapter's team can see the list, and you can delete a visitor's details on request.

Who sets the chapter up?

We do. We create your chapter and owner login; you then add members, open seats and your first meeting — or import your roster from Excel.
